Cancellations and Refunds

 

  • To request a partial or total refund, the buyer must contact the customer service team by communicating to the official Habanabell mail.
  • Cancellations of complete orders will only be accepted prior to delivery at destination; in particular cases, they should be consulted individually with Buyer Service. In case of request for partial or total returns for missing products or that reach the recipient damaged, they should be consulted individually with customer service.


The balance returns requested by the buyer in the cases detailed below will be made with a discount of 6.95% of the total amount to be returned:

- Errors in the information provided by the buyer, claimed before the execution of the service.

- Request for cancellation of the service by the buyer prior to the execution of the service.

- Non-acceptance of the service by the recipient.

- Exceeding the term of execution of the service for reasons attributable to the recipient.

When making a request for cancellation and return, the buyer has the obligation in the corresponding cases to inform the recipient of the purchase, so that he does not accept said products.

In cancellation request is made and the recipient has received the products, he must return them in their original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition, as received. Otherwise, the balance refund will not be effective.

The buyer shall not have the right to cancel a Delivery Order for the following products:

* Products clearly personalized or made to your specifications.

* Products whose nature prevents them from being returned, deteriorate quickly, or are already expired.

* Products not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and that did not remain sealed after receipt.

* Products whose nature, after delivery, were inseparably mixed with other products.
