Delivery and Claims

MEANS AND DELIVERY TIMES

The means of delivery listed below are not applicable to all products; it may be the case that certain means of delivery, specifically collection in store, are not available to the buyer in the context of their Order.

The information provided by the buyer in his order must contain the personal data of the recipient who receives it, telephone number, email, as well as the delivery address; otherwise the order may be retained until the buyer rectifies the correct information. Habanabell reserves the right to cancel orders with insufficient information without the right to return.

The buyer or recipient of the Order, as appropriate, must check the external condition of the package and the products at the time of delivery.

 

Delivery types

 

  • Delivery through the Habanabell distribution system for the provinces of Havana, Artemisa and Mayabeque.

The recipient of the order will receive the shipment within a maximum period of 10 business days after the purchase confirmation and approval, signing the corresponding delivery document as proof of receipt. The recipient of the Order must fully review it before signing the delivery certificate.

If the recipient is absent from the address at the time of delivery, a second attempt will be made within three business days after the incident is notified. If this situation persists for the second time, Habanabell will contact the buyer to request the change of the recipient or the cancellation of the order.

  • Delivery at a designated point in Habanabell

The delivery at a designated point is made to the recipient in a place indicated by Habanabell. Once the order is confirmed and the purchase approved, the buyer will receive an email indicating the place and date for the collection, the recipient must present himself at the place from the fifth (5th) business day notified by the buyer.

The recipient must present a valid identity document and the Order number, having to sign the delivery document as a sample of conformity and receipt of the order, at which time Habanabell's responsibility for the destination and use is extinguished. No dispute related to the delivery itself is possible if the package is recorded as delivered in Habanabell's registry.

  • Obligatory procedure in case of missing or damaged product

The buyer or, where appropriate, the recipient of the Order, must notify the absence or degradation of the product to the Buyer Service of Habanabell. The Habanabell Buyer Attention Service may request any information related to the identity of the buyer or recipient of the Order and proceed to whatever verifications are necessary for the case. Habanabell recommends that the recipient check that he has received the entirety of his order at the time of delivery. In the event of disagreement, you must reject the delivery and notify the distributor immediately.

CLAIMS.

Any claim regarding the products purchased must be processed electronically at info@habanabell.com or through the online customer service enabled in habanabell.com on WhatsApp.

If the buyer is interested in any claim for the causes provided in the CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS section, he must first contact Habanabell through the communication options established at the previous one and request the corresponding return if appropriate.

In the cases where returns of balance to the buyer are appropriate, the balance corresponding to the same means of payment used to execute the purchase will be refunded.

 

 

Delivery times-tables

The delivery times begin to count from the sending of  order confirmation and approval email and according to the following:

  • Havana, Artemisa and Mayabeque: 10 business days
  • For the rest of the country, delivery at the point designated by Habanabell: 5 business days.
